problems while working online

The teacher must take care of the students, where they are surrounded by technology at school. They carry phones or even a laptop to do homework, and the internet is available to students. Here, the teacher's role lies in securing an appropriate atmosphere, protecting students and educating them by using the internet safety. Thus, the teacher must understand the meaning of online safety, and learn about the laws of the Internet to protect the students that she will teach. Here the teacher must communicate with the parents in order to monitor and follow up their children for protection.
The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) went into place in December 2000. It states that no school or library can receive E-rate discounts for internet access unless the school/library certifies it is enforcing an internet safety policy. The internet policy must include the use of filtering or blocking technology and protect against access to graphics that are obscene, include child pornography or are harmful to minors.
